3 Proven Muscle Building Routines
June 19, 2009 by Admin
It is important if you want your muscles to grow to stick to a set routine. You need to know what you are doing on each day and stick to it. If you don’t have any muscle building routines to follow, you will no doubt train the wrong muscle groups, not train enough or lack motivation and maybe even give up because you aren’t seeing any results.
But by using muscle building routines, you can see exactly what you need to be training on what day.
Here are some sample muscle building routines:
High Intensity Training – High intensity training allows you to focus on a set muscle group and really push it. You will be using heavy weights and a low amount of sets, usually just two sets. Really push each rep until you cannot do the last one. This really pushes the muscle and it should see growth quite fast.
Squat Routine – The squat is a fantastic exercise for building muscle. There is one routine that focuses on doing 20 reps at a time. This really pushes your body and has been proven to work very well.
Heavy Duty Routine – This routine is seen as controversial by many people in the bodybuilding world. It was devised by a guy named Mike Mentzer and there are now different routines to follow. It is basically a high intensity training routine but you only do one set. You push really hard but that is all you do, one set on each muscle group. There are many people who love the program and have built serious weight by using it.
So as you can see, there are several muscle building routines to choose from. Do your own research and choose one to suit you. Be sure to follow it through and you simply cannot fail to pack on the muscle quick.
