A high protein relatively low fat diet will get your muscle mass growing. So you’ll need to be eating egg whites, lean meat, fish and chicken. And don’t forget about your general nutrients, so add plenty of fruits and vegetables to your diet too. These aid in digestion and help to keep your bowels healthy.

Be sure to eat 6-7 small meals a day, as this speeds up your metabolism and helps you burn more calories naturally.

Once you’ve created your nutrition plan, it’s time to move onto exercise. Adding a variety of different exercises each day will really get you burning calories and the excess weight will drop off but you’ll also be able to build muscle at the same time.

So a combination of running, cycling, sit ups, push ups and squats should be added daily. Just mix these up each day and you’ll be able to burn more calories.
