Tried and Tested Tips for Building Muscle

It is important when you are trying to build up your muscles that you have a set routine to follow. Otherwise you will lose all focus and motivation. By having a routine wrote down, you have a much higher chance of sticking to it each day. Also writing down your goals is another excellent way to stay motivated.
Here are some tried and tested tips for building muscle:
Feel That Last Rep – It is important that the last rep of a set should feel like you cannot do anymore. It should be really hurting to do the last one. (When we say hurting, we mean it feels like you can’t do it but have to force yourself to get it done). This is the most important rep of all of them as it is the one that will create growth.
As someone once famously said – “What is the most important rep in a set of 12?”
The answer? – Number 13!
Avoid Burnout – Training constantly will no doubt have its affect on your body. So it’s important to give it time off every now and then. If you’re training hard for 10 weeks, give yourself a week off. Your body can then repair and you’ll be able to train harder afterwards.
Train Hard – When you are training, you need to train hard and fast. Be really intensive with each exercise but don’t train for too long. You need to concentrate hard on each exercise and really yourself to complete that extra rep. But don’t spend hours in the gym because you will just be over training your muscles.
These really are tried and tested tips for building muscle fast. If you follow them you should almost certainly see better results in a faster time.
